Author: Francesc Borrull

I’m Francesc Borrull, a writer born in Barcelona and now living in Normal, Illinois. My work explores the landscapes of memory and the quiet, human moments that shape ordinary lives. I’m drawn to the subtle emotions people carry, the silences beneath the surface, and the small gestures that reveal deeper truths. Beyond fiction, I write about the worlds that have always inspired me—literature, film, music, and philosophy. Creative Cadence is where these interests meet: a space for reflection, storytelling, and the ongoing search for meaning through art. Not The End is my debut collection of nine interconnected stories.
